My little family just returned from a week in the interior of B.C. We were there mainly to attend a YoungLife staff conference at Rockridge camp in Princeton, but we also managed to squeeze in some time with Shawn's mom and family in Summerland. Oh it is just so beautiful there, like a dream. I've always thought the Oregon Coast was the most beautiful place in the world, but over the last year w/ a couple trips through the Okanagan, I may just be changing my mind. I especially love the northern Okanagan areas of Armstrong and Enderby. They are so lush and green and mosquito-free.
I don't have much to write, as I said I'm trying to ease myself into this. So I'll just leave you with some photos from our trip.
Excited to start the trip
While Shawn was attending trainings and sessions at camp, the boys and I would walk the trails, this particular morning I really needed to enjoy my coffee in peace, so I parked them next to the lake and gave them each a lap full of rocks to throw.
